Review: Fight with Me (With Me in Seattle #2) by Kristen Proby

Howdy folks!  Today I am diving back into the world of Kristen Proby her sexy men in the With Me in Seattle series.  Book Two, Fight With Me, we get to follow Jules and her naughty affair with her boss.  Knowing they could both lose their jobs they are willing to throw caution to the wind and jump into a relationship and into bed with one another.  For my steamy review keep reading after the book blurb.

Jules Montgomery is too busy and content with her life to worry about a man, especially one Nate McKenna. If growing up with four brothers has taught her anything, she knows to stay away from sexy men with tattoos and motorcycles. That goes double if he’s your boss. During the one incredible night they shared, he violated the no fraternization policy…among other things, and it won’t happen again. Jules won’t risk her career for mind-blowing sex, no matter how much her body and her damn heart keep arguing with her.

Nate McKenna could give a shit about the no fraternizing policy. He wants Jules and he’ll have her. The rules could bend around them, or be damned. He’s not a man to be taken lightly, and Jules Montgomery is about to find out just how he responds to being pushed aside after the best night of sex he’s ever had. She can fight all she wants, but he’ll have her in his bed in the end.

Review:

Jules made a huge mistake.  She slept with her very sexy boss.  After sneaking out to avoid the inevitable awkward day after conversation, she successfully avoids him for weeks until she is asked to work late with him.  That night changes everything. With his proposition to spend the weekend together they make the decision to ignore the no fraternization policy and see each other.  Jules is trying to protect her heart from this man that she is falling for so quickly.  Once she really gets to know him she realizes that this isn’t just about the great sex anymore.  It’s so much more.  But, when Jules is betrayed in the worse way, will she just drop everything and run from the one person who has her heart or will she be open to forgiveness and let love in?

Jules is one of my favorite characters in this series.  Her braziness and tell it like it is ability really resonates with me.  She is the type of person each girl should have as a friend at some point in their life.  She is equally matched with Nate her boss.  He is so much more than a hot bod and a phenomenal businessman.  It was really fun watching them peel back the layers of each others lives.  With this we also got to meet more the Montgomery family.  Jules’ brothers are awesome and you can definitely envision the hotness that comes from that family.  This story was a great addition.  It really mixed the sensual with the relationship.  It didn’t make it all about sex but you really felt the love between them.  It takes the incredible talent of Kristen Proby to bring a story like this to life.
